Hi 👋 just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly, you're asking if you can manually create new Subscriptions in Stripe to mirror the existing subscription model that you have with a previous payment processor?

Yes, you can create Subscription objects yourself, but without valid Payment Method information the renewals will fail. You'll also likely want to create the Subscriptions with a trial that lasts until the end of the customer's subscription's current billing period.
