In prior magento module, we had a button called, Configure Webhook. But with the latest version, the button is gone. I only have a Configure payment methods now

You can manage the webhook endpoint from your Stripe Dashboard. However, I'm not sure how Magento communicate with Stripe to retrieve the webhook endpoint URLs.
