Hi thank you so much for the response but I actually just figured out the issue
Nice! What did the difference end up being?
The user in question had created a new account when onboarding via Connect rather than using his existing account. I was looking at their Payments tab for their old account and didn't realize that they had a new account where the transaction was going
So after viewing the dashboard of the connected account, i was able to see the charge under the Payments tab
We have a bit of a weird Stripe setup, having opted to go with all individual accounts before using Connect
Ah gotcha. So that is good to hear that this is consistent across your accounts. And yeah I get how that can complicate things. Again glad you could figure it out!
