ok great, i would like these changes to the subscription to only come in effect next cycle

so if the quantity was moved from 3 to 4, the 4th unit would only be charged starting next cycle

the 'unused time' items

if there are 3 units at the start of the cycle those should be the only items

if we add a 4th during this current cycle, it should only be charged in the next cycle
