what kind of connect account are you creating?
custom
for Custom and Express the account could be created with only the transfers capability enabled
I have this error when I try to remove card_payments capabilities on the custom account
capabilities[card_payments][requested]=false
Your platform needs approval for accounts to have requested the transferscapability without thecard_payments capability. If you would like to request transfers without card_payments, please contact us via https://support.stripe.com/contact

Ok I tried to ask that to the support. But they told me I Must activate both and then if I don't want to use the card_payment I can just not use it ๐
