for Custom and Express the account could be created with only the transfers capability enabled

I have this error when I try to remove card_payments capabilities on the custom account
capabilities[card_payments][requested]=false

Your platform needs approval for accounts to have requested the transferscapability without thecard_payments capability. If you would like to request transfers without card_payments, please contact us via https://support.stripe.com/contact

yes this is a gated feature, my bad I thought you already requested access

no not really, you can contact our support team via https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true and ask for this feature to be enabled on your account

it's better if you are already connected to your account before heading to that link

this way the request would be authenticated and easier to be handled

Ok I tried to ask that to the support. But they told me I Must activate both and then if I don't want to use the card_payment I can just not use it ๐Ÿ˜•
