No you can't change the status to dispute. also the way to handle ACH dispute is different from card. https://stripe.com/docs/ach-deprecated#ach-disputes

ACH guide

Stripe supports accepting ACH payments—directly from bank accounts—alongside credit cards. We currently only support ACH for Stripe businesses based in the US.
