Correct, it creates a continuous loop of waiting. This is happening with several clients.
We are directing customers at this point to reach out to you since this is not a matter relevant to our system since we've had several customers connect but a matter with your system not allowing users to progress to the phase of entering banking information and such.

Jack this is costing our clients several issues, time and $. This is not appropriate response.

Okay I got the info. So just to confirm 100% the overall issue: does this solely happen on a certain browser? Or is it random? Asking because I just tried that exact flow and I can get past the 2FA code step.

It asks to enter some number, when they click continue it does not work. It should take them to a step where they can create their account, add banking, etc...

I think the problem is when some of your users already have a non Express Stripe account. We're digging further
Everyone of our users has a non-express account.
We switched from Standard to Express -- hence the need for migration.
The migration team (Colton and Frankie) were responsible to switch these accounts over. We provided the file. This is why I shared that we had it scheduled for yesterday and someone didnt complete the process until today at ~2PM EST
Guys we have 1:30 before every single one of our clients subscriptions renew -- there are roughly 420 accounts here. 43 have worked :/
I don't have context on your migration sorry, I don't see the relevance as there's no Standard -> Express migration path that exists
