then it was finalize and voided

What triggered these events?

It looks like the Subscription that those invoices are being created for was updated to pause collections, with a behavior or void, and collections have not yet been re-enabled.

Is Stripe doing that or was it an external source?

Pausing the Subscription? The request to do that came from a backend system.
