So if I understand it correctly, the requests aren't hitting our API endpoints at all?

It seems intermittent, which is the strange thing. The issue was bad enough that it fully blocked the clients checkout on Tuesday. By wednesday morning, the intents were slow, but payments were being made. It seems that the response times have climbed again today
We logged response times of about 3 minutes over the past few days

We've just deployed logging to get the request_id, but the responses are longer than our max execution at the moment. I'm increasing these again as we speak
I have a payment intent ref from a slow intent creation, if that's helpful?

So for that PaymentIntent creation I'm seeing it took ~2 seconds on our end
Which is pretty normal.
To me this sounds like a network issue.

I see! So, we don't have any traffic filtering outbound from our environments
And we're not having any issues cloning the payment method
Looking at when the payment intent was actually created in the Dashboard, compared to when we logged the beginning of the request was approx 3 minutes, which correlates to the rest of our logging
Do you have the exact time the request was received?
