Yes, like, my website accepts payments, but also I want to pay users. Basically that.

I want the users to pay to me, but Im also want to pay users.. So every transaction should be through connected accounts so I have the account id to then pay the user too

I believe it's not the correct use case for Stripe Connect. Stripe Connect is a product that you are a platform, your Connected Account is sellers, your business partner, then you also have buyers as customer
