As far as I can tell, moto payments with connect is supported yes

are you passing Stripe-Account header when creating the direct charges?

So its using the API key from the platform account and setting the Stripe-Account header

It doesn't look like the account is properly to accept MOTO payments as I don't see the MOTO logic apply on the request
that would explain why you're seeing the error.

I'd recommend emailing our support team (if the chat isn't useful) at support@stripe.com about this
They'd have the right tools to figure out what's going on here
