Hello, yes you should definitely be able to do that. Do you have questions on how exactly to know you need to reach out to your cusotmer? Or about something else with this process?

How can this process be automated to send an email to customer and maybe provide them with a link through which they can add the new payment method. And how can we identify - this new payment method was added corresponded to which failed authorization.
