The best would be if you have a request ID for this from the API. If you can recreate this and send me the request ID I will be able to look right at what is happening

The customer:

She was unable to add a credit card, (all other users could do it),
but with same card later, we where able to generate a payment intent and she was able to pay it

because, since the customer i sent, couldnt add the payment method, then later, as able to pay a manually generated invoice with the same card

and other users dont have this problem
