Which type of connected account are you using? Standard, Express or Custom?

If you're using Custom account, you can:

1. Create bank account token: https://stripe.com/docs/api/tokens/create_bank_account
2. Create external account with token: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/payouts-bank-accounts#multiple-accounts

Other types of connected account are not eligible for this flow
