This kind of splitting of charges sounds like a Connect Scenario to me. However, Connect is a complex system of multi-party billing. I would strongly recommend you thoroughly review the different options to ensure you are aware of all options. This will ensure you make the choices that are the best for your business case.

Okay thank you, ya it’s just that my client is wanting his employees to have stripeIDs under him because that way he doesn’t have to keep track of the money

That is still not simple. There's no such thing as just a "stripeID". You either have an account or not. As far as keeping track of the money, the only way to handle the kind of payment splitting your are talking about in using Connect.
