Is your question that you created a price, but you cannot update its metadata?

My question is; When creating a Product, and supply default_price_data, can you set the Price metadata? It looks like you can't, according to the documentation, but I wanted to know for sure

oh, got it! yes you are right, you cannot directly set the metadata. but you should be able to update the price later with the metadata you need.

Thanks. Are there plans to allow you to set the Price metatdata at that point? Seems like it would be very useful

Otherwise I'm having to do 2 calls rather than just 1

Yes makes sense, but I don't know. You can send that as a feature request by using this: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
