i think card was swiped on terminal wise pos3
but it was on wrong network so didn't connect to our pos
so never was completed
could that be scenario? it shows on stripe connected account but does not show in our app
I am not seeing any attempts to confirm that payment intent in our logs so that certainly sounds like a good explanation.

What I mean is can see this charge on your card, but I can’t see this charge on stripe, and I think that this payment was issue dby pi_3LBSFEDj3UJgmK8z1phC95xl - so problem is that pi_3LBSFEDj3UJgmK8z1phC95xl - has no payment method attached, but on my bank account you can see authorised amount

If you are asking about an actual charge, that is more in support's realm. As far as I can tell that payment intent didn't charge anything so unfortunately I don't have much to look at from the API side. For initially finding out what happened I would go to them, if you find something that points to this being a programming error we can look further in to it on this server.
it is showing on my credit card as a pending order, we are asking on tech side how it got my card, was it swipe even though not connected to our app, ie terminal was on wrong wifi network?
I don't really have a way to look in to that at the moment. If you can find the payment intent that it is related to, we may be able to see what happened integration wise but at the moment I don't really have a way of seeing what happened with your card on this specific transaction.
