hi! I think that's a beta payment method so you should reach out to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

your account is probably missing a setting for the beta to be able to use the Element or you're not passing a beta 'header' on your request, the team you worked with to get access to the beta will help.

Thanks for the reply @orchid sphinx I have activated the upi payment method in dashboard. the status is on. And in stripe client sdk, I initialize the stripe instance with betas array having upi_beta_1
