Hey! I'm actually trying to update my payment info on stripe but I can't. Its telling me to enter my old card number but I threw it away so I'm trying to see if there is another way to verify?

Can you share with me your merchant ID? you can find it from the Stripe Dashboard -> Settings ->Account Details

Well I sent an email to stripe then my employer reached out saying to update my card info so basically a circle lol

So will they just send the direct deposit to my bank account through my employer?

Ah, the phone support isn't available for Express Stripe account.

You can ask your employer to visit the same page. They will see a dialog where they can select phone support

Also your employer (aka platform) is able to update your payout details by using this API https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/update#update_account-external_account you can pass this doc to them.
