Hi there 👋 let me get up to speed real quick

#

Are the screenshots you posted previously from a specific app? E.g. is that the Apple Wallet app? Or are they coming from somewhere else?

little swift
#

That is from the apple wallet app.

#

I reached out to apple, they said this information comes from Stripe

Apologies for missing this @little swift. I was juggling a few active threads and missed it. Are you still around?

So what is the problem you are having? It's not clear from the above conversation

Yes, Let me explain agian

#

I would like to know how to show a logo in the Apple Pay wallet for a transaction. I was told it is set in the branding for a connect account. However, that has already been set and still did not push a logo to Apple Pay wallet.

#

I reached out to apple, and they told me it is something handled by your payment processor

What are these screenshots meant to convey? When you say "show a logo in Apply Pay wallet" do you mean in the the Apple Pay app itself?

little swift
#

In the wallet app on IOS correct. See "Apple", "Supreme" or "Whole Foods Market". They are examples of companies with a Logo

#

See "Bask Health, LLC", example of no logo

I've never heard of anyone asking about this so this is the first time I've heard about it. As far as I know, Stripe does not support sending logos from your Stripe account to Apple. This is something Apple handles themselves. However, it may be that this is a feature that Apple Pay supports but we haven't implemented. I will be asking this internally and see what I find out.

In the mean time can you reach out to Apple again and try to collect more detailed information about what the Payment processor is supposed to provide Apple during Apple Pay transactions and then write that up and send it to Support (support@stripe.com) ? That will help us determine if this is something we can support.

Ok, I will also look into this in a bit more detail. Please let me know if you find anything out aswell.

Will do! When you write in to Support use my screen name and I can find the message.
