Also there in the Dashboard

right there in the Account Details we show the type
(that's one of my accounts, not yours so you need to check yours)
assuming you are logged into your own Stripe account (the platform)'s Dashboard, and viewing the connected account's page, you should see the same thing

there's no "restaurant" or "bar" API so that must mean something else you are not sharing or that isn't public.
I assume it's the MCC associated with the account. I'd recommend talking to our support team instead for help since it isn't really about your code: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
