Hi there! I don't believe you can add registrations via the API — I'm pretty sure this is Dashboard-only, but let me double check.

Yeah sure Please because I am using connect accounts and we will be adding multiple accounts. It will be difficult for the admin side to add it manually

Yeah this isn't possible at the moment. It has to be done via the Dashboard. I'll submit a feature request to get it added — I do understand why this would be valuable.
