Okay actually this is not possible: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/subscriptions#restrictions. However, as your use-case is unique... it involves a migration from a different platform which isn't actually involved at all anymore... I would recommend contacting our Support team (https://support.stripe.com/contact/login) and asking if there is any workaround here. They may be able to help you out.

Ok thanks for your help! Do you think I should reach out as a developer first even though I don't have access to their Stripe account, or should I have them reach out to support directly to ask if there is anything that can be done?

Have someone on the account reach out and explain in-depth the use-case and that the previous platform is not longer connected or being used and ask if there is any workaround for this specific case.
