additional info:

If Invoice payment method = ACH Credit, ACH Debit; no Pay online link appears in PDF
If Invoice payment method = ACH Credit, ACH Debit, & Credit Card; Pay online link appears and on the Hosted Invoice page, the user sees the payment options including ACH Debit interface

Expected result: If Invoice payment method = ACH Credit, ACH Debit, the Pay online link appears in the PDF and the user is able to use the Hosted Invoice page to access the ACH Debit interface

I was able to reproduce the behavior that you're showing in my test account, and am continuing to investigate.
