Hi @rancid cradle thank you for your message. So on our Dashboard we see:
This only happens for Barclays Bank UK customers
When we called Barclays, they said 'the merchant isn't using 3DSv2' and that's why we're failing - but I'm pretty sure we are
On the customer side of things, they try to Checkout and where VISA would usually pop up to ask them for additional authentication (3d secure auth), nothing pops up whatsoever for the user
There's no prompt in the app, no prompt on their 'PINSentry' nothing
We're losing so much money atm because of this!
Can you share the ID of a Payment Intent where you saw this behavior?

Sorry, that's not pulling anything up on my end, would you mind double checking the ID?
I can see that Payment Method, but the Payment Intent associated with it seems to be pending 3DS authentication, and as far as I can tell it has not yet been attempted for that particular intent.
I think digging into this will require more bandwidth than I can offer here, could you please summarize your findings and examples, and then send those to us via a Support case:

Which is interesting because on the customer’s side, nothing pops up. No mobile notification, no text message prompt, no pop up from Visa. Nothing

Would you advise submitting another here or is that duplicating work?
If you already have a Support ticket open, then continuing through that existing one would probably be best.
