Hello, and how are you looking for help on this? Are you trying to look in to these specific attempts at a payment or are you looking for how to programmatically react to them?
Im' trying to understand what's going on with this customer because it's not happening with antything else
This customer has already a, expired source attached. And I try to update his source.
Do you have request IDs or any other ID I can look in to here if not a source?
I only have the customer Id
But I guess you will see nothing because the problem occurs BEFORE I update the customer with the new soruce

And around when did this occur?
What timezone is that stamp in?
What page in the dashboard are you seeing that error on? I may be able to use that to find your calls

Maybe Stripe block this card for fraud reasons ?
If you are getting those errors it sounds like the bank is rejecting the payments.
So there is nothing I can do ?
Especially if this code is working for your other users.
The user can reach out to their bank about it. Unfortunately I don't think there is a coding solution after looking more in to this type of error
Can you retrieve the source in Stripe and search more info about the reject ?
Maybe I can find in in the Stripe Logs
with the date
and exact hour
If you can that would be helpful. I am looking in to one other question for the next couple minutes and can circle back to this. Unfortunately unless something strange is in the logs this will likely be a bank reject though.

sometimes it return incorrect_number
sometimes authentication_required
She try to pay so many times I guess the bank block the website ?

Yeah unfortunately these are looking like bank declines. We don't have information on why they rejected it with these codes, the user will want to reach out to their bank to resolve this
