hello hello, I hope you can help me with this, and sorry to be giving a lot of trouble

What are you trying to do exactly? This is a call on your own Stripe account (the platform). Are you mixing up the object ids maybe?

What I want to do is that my platform absorbs the customer's payment, once detected through the webhook, to be able to make a payment to an account connected to Mexico. Because I tried it with transfers and it tells me that this functionality is not available for accounts connected in Mexico.

#

But I still see that the payout comes out of the connected account. In this case, using a transfer, is there any way to send funds to a connected account in Mexico, from the api?

I'm sorry you are likely mixing everything up

#

you can't just do a Payout to a bank account like that

#

Stripe Connect, which you already use, is how you accept payments on behalf of other businesses

#

Just there are strict rules and regulations around money movement around the world and some regions have different rules. Mexico has stricter rules, which is what I was explaining earlier. This isn't something you can just ignore/work around. If our product blocks you from doing transfers, you can't just send funds to a bank account yourself

#

I would recommend that you work directly with our support team for help instead here. You are trying to accept payments in a region that has restrictions and our support team is the right place to get definitive help on this since it;s not about your code itself

I understand and thank you very much for the explanation, maybe this was what I needed to know, since in the support chat they never tell us this in detail. I will contact by mail to ask for help regarding the flow that I want to carry out
