Hi there!

#

Let's talk in this thread.

#

Looks like you have a question about Squarespace and Stripe integration. In this case, since Squarespace controls the integration and code here, you will need to reach out to Squarespace. I can't help with that.

So I have the integration set up. It is connected and when I look at the test mode information on squarespace, I can see that the order went through. However, when I look at the Stripe that it is connected to, it doesn't show up in the test mode area.

Right, that means there is something wrong with the integration as the Squarespace requests aren't making it to Stripe. In this case, you have to talk to Squarespace since I don't have any insight into their side of things.

This is the error I keep getting

#

I see

#

Ok

#

Thank you!

If you click the "View all test mode payments" does the charge show up?

quick merlin
#

No it doesn't

#

The issue might just be that you are looking in livemode on the Stripe Dashboard

#

But you have a charge ID from Squarespace?

quick merlin
#

I'm thinking my client might have two stripe and it is connected to the wrong one

#

Yes I do

wary vessel
#

Yep that's highly likely.

#

So I'd ask your client to double check which API Keys they inputted to the Squarespace module.

#

That will likely fix the issue

#

Awesome

#

Thank you so much!

#

Can I ask you another question please

wary vessel
#

Sure thing!

I am trying to figure out how to set up zaps from the purchases into Kartra. If clients are adding multiple items into the cart on Squarespace, how will it appear on the stripe end?

#

I just fixed the login information for stripe and now I can see the test payment

#

However, it just says a payment amount and not a specific item

Ok. Thank you

#

I will reach out to them then

wary vessel
#

Yeah that will be best.

#

They control the code here so they control how everything shows up in Stripe.

Makes sense
