to answer the question to fund an Issuing card you need to have money in your Stripe balance, which can be added in various ways. I'd suggest reading the docs, and if you as a software developer have specific technical API questions, you can ask here.

sorry, I don't really understand what you're asking or what "good or coding" means. As for adding money, I explained above that the money has to be in your Stripe balance for it to be available on a virtual Issued credit card and there are a few ways to do it. I'd suggest reading the docs.
