Transfer is an API in Stripe Connect, which is a model that you are a platform and you have a lot of partners which own a Stripe Connected Account.
It depends on your business needs. If you only want to give your users some discount, credit, it could be done without Connect. But if you want to freely transfer to them then yes, you need Connect

our business is: users can book other users' schedules. The person who book the calendar will be charged 1 amount and of course the person who is booked will receive that amount. As you said maybe I don't need Connect. So what approach can I use for our business? Sorry if the question is not informative, I'm new to Stripe 😊

Your use case does sounds like a Stripe Connect scenario. I think the person who is booked is like a teacher/instructors. It's similar to Udemy or Coursera isn't it?
