I see. I wish I could help but our team works with developers building apps using Stripe's API. We don't have the bandwidth or the tools to support account issues.

Yeah they don't have chat support for Strip express

can you point me in the right direction? If I were to chat or speak to a human being I think this can get resolved pretty quickly
