Looking at that charge, it looks like the description was just provided during the creation request - https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_KzxNSUIpNKywXe. I'm not sure how you're deciding what the description should be though

What do you mean by that? The charge was created through our API, so it must be in Stripe to some extent?
