Hello! Can you show me a picture of what your m2 reader looks like (I want to see the configuration of the dots)
And are you getting any errors?
Are those two lights solid, or are they blinking?
Are you able to connect to it at all/was it previously working?
it worked all morning and now wont let me connect
Do you have the reader serial number? I want to try and check something really quick
I was hoping to see something in our logs that would indicate what state the reader was in, but I'm not seeing anything. Typically, when a device is defective/broken we see the 1st and 4th leds start blinking. I'm guessing your device is in a similar state, but I'm not sure why they lights aren't blinking

Unfortunately not - if your reader is in that state, then it's not something that can be corrected yourself.
The only options is to get a replacement
