hi there! can you elaborate more on what you mean by multi-currency payment? If you're asking about the currencies which Stripe supports for payments, you can see the list here for the country your Stripe account was created in : https://stripe.com/docs/currencies

Currently, we are only using SGD to collect payment..

And our bank account also in SGD for the payout..

Now I have a requirement to collect IDR..

you can set the currency when creating a PaymentIntent : https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/create#create_payment_intent-currency
