Sorry to hear. Unfortunately I can't help with account issues on this server. Writing in to support via that form or emailing support@stripe.com is the best way to go

When did you write in? Our support will respond as soon as they can but sometimes volume can delay response times

I have tried speaking with someone in the month of maybe February and march.

AND again this month. LAST time we contacted someone from this chat they scammed us.

Someone from this discord scammed you or the support chat? If it was Discord, that would be something to report to Discord, if it was our Support chat that would be something to report to a different support person.

Again, unfortunately I can't help with account issues. I don't have the tools to look in to them or do anything, that team will be able to help

If this involved anything with your Stripe account, I would recommend reaching out to our support via email with details: support@stripe.com
If this was through Discord DMs or something similar, it may also make sense to report to Discord.
