So you won't be able to share information between separate standalone Stripe accounts. Connect allows you to clone Payment Methods across accounts, but if you're wanting to track other info (e.g. DOB, address, etc.) across multiple accounts, you would have to track that on your end and then update each instance of the customer on each account
