Hi Ali 👋 the scenario that you're describing sounds like a good fit for Stripe Connect, but looking at our pages I don't think we currently have support for Algeria, either for Connect or Stripe in general.

I would recommend reaching out to our Support team with an explanation of what you're trying to accomplish and your use-case, to see if they're aware of any solutions that are available for you.
