Hmm alright, so that means I can just create a subscription using the standard Subscriptions create flow and the mandate will be created automatically, is that correct?

Yep, looks like the doc says our subscriptions handle those settings in its payment/setup intents automatically

If the subscription is based on a product with price with say, USD currency rather than INR, would the RBI e-mandate still applies too? I have checked the documentation and it's not exactly clear on this....
