hi there! Can you share your account id, and i'll take a quick look? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

your account is being managed by the platform account listed here : https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/apps under Connect Extensions. You will need to reach out to them regarding your payout schedule.

Zoom

This was a zoom event

but zoom doesn't have a payout feature

I have receive the monies from those who paid through paypal.. just not the 3100 from those through stripe

Unfortunately, we don't have visibility into how Zoom has implemented their services and the payout is controlled by Zoom for your account, I'd suggest reaching out to their support for help.

you can't revoke access - if you hover over the button, you'll see that the button is disabled
