So we only have 1 or 2 "products" at a time and I just want to use this link to send to clients for ACH payments

We accept credit card through Stripe but it's integrated through a separate party

I don't think you can turn off cards via the Dashboard. You could try to use the API to generate Payment Links and specify us_bank_account as the payment method type.

However there appears to be a mismatch between what the docs say is available.

But the payment_method_types section is a little out of date (we recently added a lot more support for alternate PMs).
