Yes, I tried to create a thread but it ending up being a reply so I deleted it to not clog the chat.
But here it is "also not sure if I really need Stripe Connect, I just want to sandbox card issuing. Stripe labeled me as a platform"
The use case is prepaid cards for organizations that provide scholarships/grants. The purpose of the card is to help these organizations earmark funds and ensure funds are appropriately spent by recipients. For example, a scholarship organization wants to ensure the recipient only spends funds on textbooks, a laptop, and housing instead of other expenses such as clothes or food.

Yes that is what I am using
I know it's the right account because it still has my Issuing application processing

Ah so if you look at the banner on the page
You'd likely need to reach out to issuing support via https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Based on the information you've provided so far, they thought your account was a platform and they enabled issuing for connect
