Can you please elaborate on your use case? What exactly are you trying to do?

What I want to do is update the payment method using the express dashboard and then have a webhook listen to the account.updated event

Thanks @high ravine I think I actually got it to work. I didn't know that account.external_account.updated would be a separate event and not automatically trigger account.updated ... subscribing to the first one fixed it for me
