previously, that call would return one bank account as a payment method, now listSources is returning sources for banks that have been migrated when it wasnt a week ago

in ACHv2 beta it did, then on GA release it stopped returning old banks, now it does again

my question is can I count on the payment method API to return an old source 100% of the time now?
