Hmm interesting. I'm not seeing same behavior without React. I'm having an issue with spinning up my React local app over HTTPS so can't test at the moment with Google Pay. Can you do a quick test and re-order the options there using paymentMethodOrder (https://stripe.com/docs/js/elements_object/create_payment_element#payment_element_create-options-paymentMethodOrder) and try setting Card, Klarna, Google Pay or Google Pay, Klarna, Card?

Yes! this is on mobile, i've seen it vary over window size. I was wondering if I could force more elements to show up as a configuration

So I think spacingTab is what you would use in the Appearance API but I believe the default is close to the smallest it can be set.
