Hello! there's no way to know what the Stripe fee will be before actually creating/finishing the payment. The only way would be for you to try and calculate it yourself

I think this limitation is why services like actBlue have a "tip" button for 5%, 10%, etc - it's really to cover the (unknowable in advance) transaction fees... This also more likely keeps you in compliance with some local laws (ask your lawyer) that prohibit charging fees to the customer.
