Did you create them directly on the connect account (using the Stripe-Account header)? If so, you need to be logged in as the connect account to see them in the dashboard, or you need to use the Stripe-Account header when llisting those coupons through the API

I'm in the connect section under a connected test account, I can see the products but not the coupons

I can see them in my dashboard, but not the ones created on behalf of the connected account

also, I found that I can see them if I can see the dashboard as the connected account\

Ah, so it looks like you would have to view them via the Connected account's Dashboard view.
