Hello, so on 1st June, we changed the Stripe account that our online (WooCommerce) sales are going to. However, we also have a subscription service on our website, which takes monthly payments from customers. Since 1st June all of these payments have been failing

the failed payments don't seem to be feeding through to Stripe at all

Could it be that the WooCommerce integration is referencing the wrong Stripe account?

I suggest you speak to WooCommerce as it sounds like the underlying issues resides there if there's no payment info coming to the Stripe account you'd expect
