Hey Jack, I think that's the problem actually, that there weren't blocked by the Radar
My colleagues added these in the blocklist afterwards, but payments should've been blocked by Radar
Can you share with me your merchant ID? you can find it from the Stripe Dashboard -> Settings ->Account Details
I think this should be it acct_1AXAgUIPuSwjvuwt
Thanks. I've checked a few payment intents, and they were blocked by the radar rules that you specified.
The card fingerprint matched a value (XXXX) in your default Stripe block list
Yes, but we did this today after we saw them
Can you share with me a PaymentIntent ID before you add the card to the block list?
Thanks, this payment was successful and the risk evaluation is normal. Is there a reason why you want to block this card?
Because the same card was used in thousand of payments, with different emails and different identities
That’s why we don’t understand why the risk evaluation was normal
Here's our payment dep notice:
Starting with June 5 we have been experiencing a fraud attack for payment channel: Stripe. The current fraud attack is coming from payments with the same credit card (Amex) from Switzerland. There are 1210 successful payments with this card and we will proceed with refunding them to avoid chargebacks. We have blocked the card, however the fraud attack is still ongoing, we see many attempts and we would like to know if there is anything that you can do from your side to prevent these payments? The payments are done with different IPs, different email address, different identities, only the card is the same. I will DM you the CSV file.
