Alright, I do see the error that you're running into, and as your experience shows that does seem like it will block you from retrieving the account information via the API. Unfortunately the API is what we specialize in here, so I'm not sure of another approach to try.

I would recommend reaching out to our Support team to see if there is some way to retrieve this information from the reporting side of things.

Sigh, I've been on with support all morning. The issue is I need to do this programatically. Does no one else have the issue that they need to show their customers their previous payouts even if they've changed bank accounts? It seems like a fairly normal use case

Thank you for your patience. My teammates weren't able to find a way to accomplish this programmatically either, but the use-case that you raise is a good example of where being able to retrieve a deleted account would be useful so I am going to raise your feedback to our teams.
