Hi there! Is this the button to redirect to Stripe Checkout?

fiery crystal

Yes, sorry

Okay well that is controlled by the merchant's integration... something in the code is disabling the button.

#

Do you control that code?

#

You said "random customer"

fiery crystal
#

yes, its worked for years and in the last couple of weeks we are getting more reports of it but cannot reproduce it

cerulean mortar
#

Hmm that is odd.

#

Do you know what browser this is happening on?

#

Do you have any code that would disable the button for any reason?

fiery crystal
#

its just a simple script that really is cpoied from stripe checkout

#

No code that im aware would disable it as the button itself load directly from stripe

Hi there 👋 I'm jumping in as my teammate needed to step away. Thank you for that snippet, based on that it looks like you're referring to one of our older versions of Checkout.

#

I haven't heard of any trending concerns with that integration path, are there any additional details that you can share about the customers' experience?

fiery crystal
#

not really as its super random but has increased in the last few weeks of frequency. What would cause stripe to send back a disabled button?

#

It only happens on phones is the only link i have. The same users can go to their computers and login and make a payment just fine

Hm, is this happening on a publicly accessible page that I could take a look at?
